Magic Mile Screen Printing Company is a customer service focused apparel screen print and design shop based in Downtown Kinston, North Carolina. We specialize in screen printed apparel and high quality design for businesses, non-profit organizations, schools, churches, bands, charity events and more. We can use your artwork or our in-house graphic artists will work with you to produce a one of a kind design for your apparel and your brand.

At Magic Mile Screen Printing, we pride ourselves on being a turnkey operation. We offer in-house design and proofing and we have wholesale accounts with a variety of vendors, allowing us to offer a large selection of shirt brands, styles and colors. We can produce up to 4 color designs for front, back, sleeve or chest/pocket prints.

NEED SOME SHIRTS?…

During our initial consultation or phone call, we’ll discuss ideas for your design, logos or artwork that we’ll need from you as well as shirt styles and colors. Then we’ll produce a digital mockup of your shirt design and a quote for your project. As soon as we get approval on your final design, we can order your shirts and prepare for the printing process. Most jobs take around 2-3 weeks depending on the quantity and complexity of the job.

We work hard to produce the highest quality apparel with unique and original custom designs. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

Quality work and great customer service!

STEP 1. DESIGN

We work with you to prepare and review artwork, print locations and materials. Once final approval is given, we separate the colors in the design and create film positives. Each color in the design is printed out on a clear film in solid black. These positives are used to create screens for each color.

STEP 2. PRINT

Screens are created, registered on the printing press and coated with ink. Garments are loaded onto the press and printed then placed on a conveyor that passes through a heat chamber to “cure” the ink. The heat causes a reaction in the ink that fuses it with the fabric.

STEP 3. WEAR

We check each garment thoroughly for any defects ensuring proper design placement, excellent ink deposit and proper curing. Once your swag has passed quality control, it is sorted by size, packaged for delivery or pickup and is ready to wear.
